Description
Acetyl Tetrapeptide-11, known commercially as Syniorage, is a breakthrough anti-aging peptide that targets the dermal-epidermal junction (DEJ) to improve skin firmness and resilience. It stimulates the synthesis of syndecan-1 and collagen XVII, two critical structural proteins that anchor the epidermis to the dermis.
As skin ages, the DEJ flattens and weakens, leading to reduced nutrient transfer, compromised mechanical support, and visible sagging. Syniorage directly addresses this by upregulating the key molecular anchors that maintain DEJ integrity. Clinical testing shows measurable improvements in skin firmness and elasticity within 28 days.
This peptide is particularly effective when combined with collagen-stimulating peptides like Matrixyl for comprehensive anti-aging formulations. Oil-soluble with excellent stability in emulsion-based delivery systems. Recommended use concentration: 1-3%.
